ETH Sabbatical | CAS Advanced Materials and Processes at the ETH Industry Day 2023
Are you a technical expert from industry interested in further educating yourself in the field of advanced materials, process and manufacturing technologies? Come meet us at the ETH Industry Day 2023 and learn about our customised training programme for industry experts.
The ETH Industry Day 2023 takes place on September 6, 2023, on ETH Campus Hönggerberg. The ETH Competence Center for Materials and Processes (MaP) will be there presenting our further education programme ETH Sabbatical | CAS Advanced Materials and Processes.
Our further education programme is targeted at professionals with an engineering or natural sciences Master’s degree and extensive industrial experience. The programme is flexible and fully customisable, building on the expertise of the technical specialists and taking into account the interests of their employers. Depending on the individual interests and needs, the study plan may consist of the following elements:
- conduct a research project in a MaP mentor’s group and train skills at the frontiers of the current state of research,
- deepen the technical know-how in courses and lectures with state-of-the-art knowledge, or
- share the practical industry experience in seminars and interactive formats, thereby enhancing bidirectional knowledge transfer between industry and ETH Zurich.
